科技传播 中国科协应用系统整合的研究与设计 彭 煊 中国科协信息中心，北京 100086 摘 要 本文从回顾信息应用系统发展的历史出发，探讨了应用系统整合的原因、目的、原则和模式，根据科协信息系 统发展的现状以及发展趋势的推测，针对政务信息化建设过程中较为普遍的“信息孤岛”与重复建设等问题，大胆设计 了基于Web服务（Web Service）搭建SOA结构模型的方案，建立门户整合平台（EP）、数据整合平台（EDI）和应用整合 平台（EAI），实现业门户整合、数据整合和应用整合功能。通过该平台的应用达到“整合”原有基础设施和应用系统 的目的，以提高电子政务建设与运行的质量和效率。最后，对应用系统整合平台建设中可能碰到的技术难点进行了分析 研究，并提出了本项目可能带来的成果和创新点。 关键词 信息化发展；应用系统；系统整合；SOA；整合平台 China Association for Science and Technology Integration of Information Systems Research and Design PENG Xuan Information Center of China Association for Science and Technology, Beijing 100086 Abstract This article looks at the information system the history of the development application, the application of the reasons for system integration, purpose, principles and patterns, Association for Science and Technology Information System in accordance with the status quo and development trends that, in view of government information of the construction process of the more common information isolated island with issues such as duplicate construction, bold design of Web-based services (Web Service) to build the structure model of SOA, and establish integrated portal platform (EP), data integration platform (EDI) and application integration platforms (EAI), to achieve Business Portal integration, data integration and application integration.
