问题管理的研究动态与进展——基于 CNKI 数据库的文献计量分析 孙继伟 金晓玲 （上海大学管理学院） 摘要：通过对CNKI数据库检索到的1984～2012年发表的问题管理文献计量 分析后发现，2000 年起我国问题管理理论研究呈显著的增长趋势。无论从各时 间段比较，还是累计文献总量比较，实务界（非高等院校）作者的问题管理文献 一直比学术界（高等院校）作者的文献多，这反映了问题管理是一种来自实践、 在实践驱动下发展起来的理论。从文献内容所属行业来看，文献数量前5位的行 业是：IT 与通信、医院、石油化工、政府部门、电力，发表文献的期刊类别也 很丰富。这两方面都反映了问题管理是一个跨学科、跨专业，应用广泛的研究主 题。 关键词：问题管理；实践派理论；文献计量 中图分类号: C93 文献标识码: A Dynamics and Trends of Research for Management by Problem —— Bibliometric analysis based on the CNKI database SUN Jiwei JIN Xiaoling （School of Management, ShanghaiUniversity, Shanghai, China） Abstract:BasedonCNKIChinese Journal Full-text database, bibliometric method is used to statistically analyze and evaluate on papers of management by problem from 1984 to 2012.Thequantitiesof literaturesof management by problem theory have increased since 2000 and the literatures written by the practice researchers (not in university) are much more in comparison with those written by the academic researchers (in colleges or universities) both from the perspective of the written time and the total quantity of papers.The results indicate that management by problem is a theory not only coming from practice but also driven by practice.According to the different industries of this study, the quantities of literatures about IT communications, hospitals, petrochemical, government departments, electricity are the first five ones, and the published journals are varied. All these reflect that management by problem is an interdisciplinary and extensively applied research.
