Some experiences are summarized to ensure editorial quality of grass-roots papers in publication work: highlighting the key point of the paper by carding, strictly implementing the relevant series standard of quantities and units, properly perfecting illustrations and tables, conscientiously implementing bibliographic specification of references and so on.
