Facing the great opportunity and challenge of the new medical reform and the twelfth five-year plan for national medicine safety the administration departments of licensed pharmacist need to improve the mechanism carry out the measures and implement the plan fully . Licensed pharmacists should bring their enthusiasm and creativity into full play perform their duties in guiding the rational drug use and drug guality management in the practice of pharmaceutical care .
