- 408· 局解手术学杂志 2013年 第22卷 第4期 JREGANATOPERSURG 2013，Vot．至至 0．4 静脉用蔗糖铁注射液改善产科贫血 的临床疗效观察 王任晓 (湖北医药学院附属十堰市人民医院妇产科，湖北十堰442000) [摘 要] 目的 比较静脉用蔗糖铁注射液与 口服铁剂对产科贫血的疗效与安全性 ，研究改善产科贫血的新途径。方法 选 取产科晚期妊娠中度贫血患者40例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各2O例。实验组 ：每周2次静脉注射 200mg蔗糖铁注射液加 0．9％氯化钠注射液 100mL，直至完成总补铁量；对照组：给予复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片口服，每 日3次，每次4片，共4周。比较治疗前 后患者的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积 (Het)、血清铁蛋白(sF)、血清转铁蛋 白饱和度 (TSAT)。结果 用药4周后，两组患者 Hh、 Hct、SF、TSAT均较治疗前明显升高(P0．05)；治疗 1、2、3、4周后 ，实验组 Hb、Het、SF、TSAT升高幅度明显优于对照组，差异有统 计学意义(P0．05)；实验组在用药过程中无不良反应发生，对照组出现3例消化道不良反应。结论 静脉用蔗糖铁注射液对改善 产科贫血有 良好的临床疗效 ，且未见明显不 良反应。 [关键词]蔗糖铁注射液；口服铁剂；产科贫血；血红蛋白；血清铁蛋白 [中图分类号]11556．3 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1672-5042(2013)40-0408-02 Applicationofintravenousiron sucroseintreatmentofanemiainpregnancy WANG Ren—xiao (DepartmentofObstetricsandGynecology，ShiynaPeople’sHospitalAffiliatedtoHubeiMedicalUniversity，Shiyan Hubei442000，China) Abstract：Objective Toeomp~etheefficacyandsafetyofintravenousironsucroseandoralirontherapyforpregnancywithanemia， thenewmethodwasexplored．Methods AⅡ0f40patientswithcervicalcancerwerernadomlydividedintoexperimentgroup(20cases) nadthecontrolrgoup(20cases)．Theexperimentgroupisreceived200mginrtavenousironsucroseplus100mL0．9％sodiumchloridein— jection，whilethecontrolgroupisprovidedwithcompoundferroussulfateandfolicacidtablets，wiht4pillsonetimeand3timesadayofr4 weeks．Thelevelofhemoglobin(Hb)，hematokrit(Het)，serumferritin(SF)nadtransferrinsaturation(TSAT)oftworgoupswerecompared beforeandaftertherapy．Results Th elevelsofHb，Hct，SFnadTSAT ofpatientssingificantlyincreasedat4weeksafterdrugtherapy (P0．05)，thelevelsofHb，Hct，SFandTSATofexperimentgroupweresingificantlyhigherthanthoseofcontrolgroup(P0．05)．Noad— verseeventWas foundinexperimentgroup，whiletherewere3easeswithadversegastrointestinaleffectsincontrolgroup．Conclusion Intra— venousironsucroseiseffectivenadsafeinimprovingirondeficiencynaemiainprengancy． Keywords：ironsucroseinjection；oraliron；anemiainpregnancy；hemoglobin；seurmferritin 贫血是妊
