水溶性复膜机的毕业设计.doc

摘 要 水溶性复膜机（又叫水性复膜机或水溶性覆膜机），水溶性复膜是对印刷品表面进行加工，从而达到提高印刷品表面光泽度、强度以增强美感效果，复膜后的产品耐温、耐水、耐磨，是提高印刷品档次和商品价值的有效手段。 水溶性复膜机的开发问世，使水溶性复膜工艺得到了大力的推广和应用，水溶性复膜以其复膜印刷品的高强度、高品位、易回收、无污染等特点深受广大客户青睐。 本文主要从复膜工艺技术出发，结合复膜技术原理，从各个系统逐个进行设计，包括传动系统的设计，收卷装置的设计，放卷装置的设计，匀胶涂布装置的设计，压合系统的设计，以及各辊筒的结构尺寸设计等等。 关键词：复膜，水溶性复膜机，放卷，收卷，压合，匀胶涂布  ABSTRACT Water-soluble fumo machine (also called water fumo machine or water laminating machine), water soluble compound membrane is carried out on the print surface processing, so as to increase the printing surface gloss, strength to enhance the aesthetic effect, membrane products after the heat resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, is the effective measure to improve the print quality and commodity value. Development of water-soluble fumo machine, with water soluble compound membrane process has been vigorously promoting and application of water soluble compound film with its complex film prints of high strength, high grade, easy recycling, pollution-free characteristics favored by the customers. This article mainly embarks from the membrane technology, combined with the principle of membrane technology, from the system one by one to carry on the design, including the design of the drive system, winding device design, and put a roll of device design, and adhesive coating equipment design, design of pressing system, as well as the structure size of each roller design and so on.
