A , Chongqing 400038 Abstract 　Annotated the course of the nonfirst - rate nature of human systems from the angle of evolution theory and demonstrated that the biological evolution left a lot of timely and spatial deposits in the human systems. The forms and characters of the deposits presented as sleeving and repeating of administrative levels ,plural sets and transformation and de generation. Thus they become a synergetic unity of the new and the old ,superiority and inferioity ,complexity and simplici ty ,i. e. the harass ,interaction ,compensation and correlation between the first rate and non - first rate natures. The occur rence of diseases is the disturbance of destruction of this dialectical unity.
