护理床用智能座便器设计.doc

摘 要 本论文设计一种轮椅床、护理床等医疗护理设备的智能座便器，具有智能化、方便、安全卫生舒适特点。座便盖装置采用水平抽拉的方式，占用空间小且效率高座便体升降机构采用三棱柱结构，准确到位稳定接便装置的抽取机构使其方便；特别考虑接便装置的密封，防止臭味散发用臭氧发生器提供臭氧来杀消毒除臭，使座便器使用更卫生实验方法确定了水气供给管路的重要参数，为设计提供了依据。并且设计了座便器控制系统结构，为进一步硬件电路设计软件编制打下了基础。 EM78P458单片机的全自动坐便器控制系统，主要由感应系统单片机控制系统外围设备及其驱动电路3部分。系统通过感应中断，分别感应到人的靠近人体停留的时间，并将信息传送给单片机进行处理由单片机进行分析，人体停留的时间做出判断，采用合适的工作方式系统有效地节约水资源，可以有，保证人们的身体健康。 关键字：轮椅床，智能座便器，硬件电路设计，软件编制，单片机 ABSTRACT An intelligent toilet has been designed for nursing beds．wheelchair-beds and other health care equipment sin the paper，with mu—character like intelligent，safe，convenient，comfortable and sanitary．The on-off device of toilet cover takes the horizontal withdrawing way，and needs smaller space while with high efficiency．The double-prism struck remake，the toilet body elevating mechanism move to the right place and have his stability．Extraction mechanism for dejecta colleting object makes drawing and insertion convenient；Sealing device is considered specially to avoid emitting the door．An ozone generator is used for sterilization，disinfection and deodorization which makes the using of toilet more wholesome．Some important parameters of water and gas supply pipelines are determined by experimental methods for design．Meanwhile，the control system structure is also designed，which laid the foundation for circuit design and software programming． The fun—automatic urinal based on the EM78P458 is mainly composed of IR induction，controller based on single chip computer，peripherals and their driving electrical circuits．This system responds interruption through two IR inductions，which can induct the nearing of a person and can induct the 1ength of time t11at the person stayed．The information is deliver idiot the single chip computer，and then the single chip computer is carried on a processing according to the information and de—cries to adopt which kind of work method to run，and turn to arousing motors to turm the upper cover，and drives the falling water equipment．The system saves effici
