M ethods: F ifteen p atients were p erform ed w ith stereotactic conform al ra diotherapy in the con trol group. MA ( 160m g ·d - 1 ) wa s adm in istered on the ba sis of the treatm ent in the con tro l ( ) group for treatm ent group 15 ca se s . Incidence of toxic and adverse reaction, digetive tract reaction and quality of life in p atients of two group s were ob served. Patients were treated by stereotactic conform al radiotherap y of 6MV - ray. Patien ts were fixed w ith vac - lok cu sh ion of the device of stereotactic localization, the CT scann ing re su lts of 10 ca ses of advanced p ancreatic carcinom a were p ut in to the treatm ent p lann ing system. A ccording to the target area of tumor, sen sitive organ s and moving error drew GTV , CTV and PTV. The best p lan was selected in con sidering the do se - vo lum e h istogram. U sing 5 - 7 beam s of non - cop lanar radiation ray were choo sed. PTV were su rrounded by 90% i sodo se su rves, radiation total do sage wa s 55 - 65Gy.
