基于不同产城互动机制的城市空间结构调整策略 陈 睿 （中国城市规划设计研究院，北京 100044） 摘要：在我国处在经济结构深刻转型、城镇化发展更加关心人的城镇化的背景下，优化产业与城市、工业化与城 镇化的互动互促关系至关重要。本文对产城互动的关系和模式进行了探讨，提出了两种不同的产城互动机制，分 别是 “劳动密集型”产城互动模式和“资源密集型”产城互动模式。前者以温州为代表，产业与城市高度融合， 并带来了大量外来人口就业，但对城市环境品质造成了严重影响；后者以三门峡为代表，产业与城市分离，且对 就业的直接贡献不高，城市多组团式发展效率较低。在对不同产城互动模式对城市结构影响的机制进行分析的基 础上，以温州和三门峡为例对两种产城互动机制下城市空间结构调整的规划策略进行了探讨。 关键词：城乡规划；产城互动；城市空间结构 Urban Spatial Structure Adjustment Strategy Based on Different Industry-City Interaction Mechanism CHEN Rui (China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, Beijing 100044，China) Abstract: Under the background of economic structure deepening transition and urbanization taking more care of people in China, how to optimize the relations and mutual promotions between industry and city with industrialization and urbanization is very important. This paper discussed the interaction pattern of industry and city, and raised two kinds of industry-city interaction mechanism, include labor intensive pattern and resource intensive pattern. The former one is represented by Wenzhou city, whose industry and city is highly fusion, and have produced large amount of jobs for the immigrant, but the mixed industries have serious damage to the city environment. The latter one is represented by Sanmenxia city, whose industry and city is separated, and produces limited jobs, the efficiency of multi-group model of the city is also very low. After analysis the mechanism of different industry-city interaction pattern impact on the urban spatial structure, this paper discusses the urban spatial structure adjustment strategy using the cases of Wenzhou and Sanmenxia.
