．_VVV‘，～ 荤对 固始鸡空肠发1 组 织器官中硼 的富 TLR4在不同日龄鸡小肠内的变化规律研究 刘银雪黄海波 侯 勇 葛晓红 温 乐彭克美刘华珍* 华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院，武汉430070 摘 要：为了探讨TLR4在鸡小肠黏膜免疫中的作用，本研究以不同日龄鸡为试验动物，取小肠组织，采用免疫组 化SABC方法研究了TLR4在鸡小肠内的分布及表达规律。结果显示：不同日龄鸡小肠内均表达TLR4，主要在肠上 皮、肠黏膜固有层表达，肠腺周围的固有层内TLR4阳性细胞表达量较多，细胞多散在分布，也有少量集合成簇， 形态多样。同一日龄的小肠中，TLR4在十二指肠内分布最多，空肠次之，回肠内分布最少。随着日龄的增加，TLR4 在小肠内的表达逐渐增强。以上研究结果表明TLR4与鸡的肠道黏膜免疫功能密切相关。 关键词：鸡；肠黏膜免疫；TLR4 StudyontheChangesofTLR4intheIntestineofChickenwithAge LIUYin-xueHUANG Hai-boHOUYongPENGKe-meiLIUHua-zhen CollegeofAnimalScienceandVeterinaryMedicine,HuazhongAgriculturalUniversity,Wuhan430070 Abstract:Thepresentstudywasperformedtoinvestigatethedistributionandexpressionchangesof TLR4inthechickensmallintestinewithageusingthemethodofSABCtoexplorethefunctionsof TLR4intheintestinalmocusalimmunity.TLR4wasfoundtobedistributedinallagesoftheintestine andthedensityoftheTLR4increasedsteadilyfollowingtheages.Atthesameages,thedistributionof TLR4intheduodenumisthestrongest,thenjejunum,andileumleast.TLR4wasmainlydistributedin theintestineepithelialandlaminapropriaoftheintestinalmucosa,mostTLR4postivecellswew distributedaroundtheintestinalgland.Someoftheimmunepositivecellswerescattered,littlewere gathered.Theshapeofthecellswasvarious.Theresearchresultsshowthatthedevelopmentofintestine mucosalisgradually,andimmunelaminapropriaoftheintestinalmucosaisthemajorplaceforthe intestinalimmunefunction,TLR4increasedfollowingtheagesmayberelativetothedefensivereaction againstmicrobialinfectionoftheorganism.
