Exploration of enhancing the quality of cultivation of doctorate students majoring
in the science of physical education

Abstract: Aiming at the current state of little educational experience and communication in the cultivation of doc-
torate students majoring in the science of physical education, the author summarized beneficial attempts made for
doctorate student cultivation by Nanjing Normal University, such as utilizing multidisciplinary resources, strength-
ening the learning link, sticking to the class hour guidance system, participating in the practice of scientific research,
providing supporting platforms and implementing stimulating mechanisms, concluded that in terms of cultivation
approach and methodology Nanjing Normal University has a lot of innovations for the cultivation of doctorate stu-
dents majoring in the science of physical education, which have enhanced the quality of cultivation, and put forward
some suggestions for overcoming the shortage of Nanjing Normal University in the cultivation of doctorate students
majoring in the science of physical education, such as strengthen communication and share resources.
