第 32卷第 6期 2009年 6月 北京中医药大学学报 　 　 Vol. 32 No. 6 Jun. 2009 Journal of B eij ing U n iversity of Traditional Ch inese M edicine ·365 · ·理论研究 · 病证结合动物模型判定标准的建立 赵慧辉 　郭书文 　王 　伟# (北京中医药大学 　北京 100029) 摘要 :证候动物模型是中药复方及中药制剂药效和药理研究的基本工具 ,而复制能充分体现中医证候 特征的动物模型是准确反映中药药效的前提 。从模型动物宏观表现判定或个别理化指标判定、以方 测证 、根据造模因素推测认定是病证结合证候动物模型目前使用的几种判定方法 。通过分析这几种 方法的不足 ,提出采用临床诊断标准的等效对应进行动物模型证候属性的判定是较为科学和合理的, 并详细阐述了采用临床诊断标准的等效对应进行动物模型证候属性判定中的 3个关键问题 :证候临 床诊断标准中的宏观指标在模型动物的宏观等效对应、证候临床诊断标准中的微观指标在模型动物 的微观等效对应、证候临床诊断标准中的宏观指标在模型动物的微观等效对应及关联的方法 。 关键词 :病证结合 ;模型 ;标准 ;证候 中图分类号 : R24 1 E stablishm en t of judgem en t cr iter ia in an im a l m odel com b ined d isea se and syndrom e # ZHAO Hu ihu i , GUO Shu wen , WAN G W ei (B eij ing U n iversity of Ch ine se M edicine, B eij ing　100029) A b stract: The an im al model of syndrom e is a ba sic tool u sed in the study of effects and pharm aco logy of Ch inese compound formu las and p rep aration s. It is the p recondition for reflecting the effects of Ch ine se herbal rem edie s accurately to copy the an im al model w ith TCM syndrom e characteristics. A few of judgem ent m ethod s for an im al model of syndrom e comb ined disease s and syndrom es include judgem en t of m icrom an ifestation s or several physicochem ical indexe s, sp ecu lation of syndrom es by formu las, and conjecture according to modeling factors.
