A bstract: By review ing and the system arrangem ent ofm arine environm ent protection law, this article proved that the law m ade contr-i
butions to the construction of env ironm ental law system in the system arrangem ent, such as the originality, the uniqueness and the pro-
gressiveness up to now. This article described the situation that the law brought the system s of total am ount control, fund, insurance
and public interest action into env ironm ental law system in China and mi proved the system s of environm ent mi pact assessm ent, env-i
ronm ental criteria, and em ergency and so on.
