第十一届土力学及岩土工程学术会议 中国·兰州 2011 年 8 月 16—19 日 文章编号:(2011) 07 ―29 盾构隧道开挖面破坏模式及支护压力数值模拟 1,2 1,2 1,2 吕玺琳 ,周维祥 ,黄茂松 (1. 同济大学地下建筑与工程系,上海 200092 ;2. 同济大学岩土与地下工程教育部重点实验室,上海 200092) 摘 要:基于 Mohr-Coulomb 准则的理想弹塑性有限元法,对盾构隧道开挖面稳定性问题进行了数值模拟,获得了开挖面土 体达到主动极限平衡状态时的破坏模式及极限支护压力。模拟结果表明,当隧道直径保持定值时,只有在当埋深较浅且土体 内摩擦角较小时,开挖面的破坏范围才开展到地表,形成整体破坏模式。当土体内摩擦角较大时,破坏范围集中在开挖面临 近范围内,表现为局部破坏模式,且几乎不受隧道埋深的影响。将极限支护压力值表示为粘聚力、上覆荷载、土体重度与各 自影响系数乘积的三项叠加形式,通过一列数值模拟,得到了三个影响系数与隧道埋深及土体内摩擦角间的关系。数值模拟 结果为盾构隧道开挖面极限状态理论分析和工程实践提供了有益参考。 关 键 词:盾构隧道;开挖面稳定;极限支护压力;数值模拟 中图分类号:TU 443 文献标识码:A NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE COLLAPSE MECHANISM AND SUPPORT PRESSURE OF SHIELD TUNNEL FACE LÜ Xi-lin1,2,ZHOU Wei-xiang1,2,HUANG Mao-song1,2 (1. Key Laboratory of Geotechnical and Underground Engineering of Ministry of Education, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China) Abstract: The finite element method based on elastic-perfectly plastic Mohr-Coulomb soil model has been used to study the stability of shield tunnel face, and the collapse mechanism and limit support pressure under active failure condition are obtained. Numerical simulation shows that the overall failure, which represents the failure area attaches the ground surface, only occurs in very shallow tunnel with low friction angle of soil. While when the friction angle of soil is high and tunnel is deep enough, the failure of tunnel face becomes localized collapse mechanism and keeps unaffected by the tunnel depth. The limit support pressure is expressed as the a summation of cohesion force c, overlying load q and soil weight γ multiplied by the corresponding impact factors N , N , N . The
