Abstract : Innovation, one of the essence of quality education for college students, is especially important in the
society of intellectual economy.Whereas the current educational theory and system exposed some drawbacks in
this regard. This paper mainly starts with college student s extracurricular scientific and technological activi
ties, puts forward how to give full play to the superiority of college student s extracurricular, scientific and tech
nological activities and produce a set of effective system.
