(note to presenters- this slide is page 5 in Getting Results!.) Targets for READING and MATHEMATICS remain at 54% proficiency in Reading and 45% proficiency in Mathematics. Student participation is still 95% and applies to the entire school as well as student groups. Student attendance target applies to all schools K-12. Student attendance in school has to improve continuously to an average of at least 90% by 2014. The graduation rate is only for high schools. It must continue to increase to at least 80% by 2014. Whenever an achievement gap exists, you must develop specific objectives for individual studen
