MODERNNURSING October 2007, Vol. 13, No. 28 定 向实 习护生 临床 实 习期 间压力源调查 朱秀勤 邱晓廷 张雪花 【摘要】 目的 调查定 向实习护生在临床 实习过租 中的主要压力泳及压力程度，以采取有效的管 理措施 ，帮助学生积极应对，减轻或缓解压力，以保待奇心健康和提高实习效果。方法 采用问券调查 法，讨在我院定向实习的216 例护生的压力源及压力租度进行调查。结果 定 向实习护生在护理-T- 作 方面的 问题 、患者护理方面的问题 、教学方面的问题及压力总分方面处于 中等压力水手，其 中教学方面 的压力程度最高。前2 。位 的压力派包括毕业后能否留在本院及喜欢的科室工作 、护士长及教负的态度 与评价 、担心工作 中出现差错事故、护理的患者突然死亡、所学理论知识与实戏 的差距等并对我院采取 的应对措施进行 了阐迷。为 以后 的临床带教提供指平依据。结论 定向实习护生由于实习与就业密不 可分 ，承受着特珠的压力，影响护生的牙心健康 ，护理人员及管理者应对这一特殊群体给予特珠的关注 与支持 ，帮助她们采取有效的应对措施 。顺利渡过实习期 ，为护理专业队伍培养优秀人才和储备力童. 【关健词 】 护 理教 育 : 实习。 学生 : 压 力派 In estigation 叨 directional nursing students ，slressors dur ing t heir inter nship ZH U Xiu-qix , QI U Xiao-j ue , ZHAN G Xue-hua . Results T he extant p ro blems of directional nursing students included nursing care , pat ients care , and education as well as total scor e of str essor s. T h e str essor s w ere at secondary le el and educa- tion was on the top among them. The top 20 stressors include whether they could st ay in the General Hospit al of PLA and the fa orit e department , the attitude and e aluation of head nurses and instructors , fearing mist ake and accident , patient s sudden death , disparity between knowledge and clinical practice, and so on .
