学术 X 交流 微生物实验室危险因素的管理与控制 郑 萍 （江苏经贸职业技术学院工程技术学院，江苏南京 210007） 摘要：通过加强生物安全知识的学习，提高学校微生物实验室的生物安全意识，避免实验室污染及实验室感染 的发生。针对微生物实验室的特殊性及其特点，制定一系列相关规章制度，改善工作环境，做好个人自身防护， 严格菌种的保存管理，保持室内清洁卫生，严格执行操作规程，做好实验垃圾的消毒与处理。结果显示，微生 物实验室污染及实验室感染得到了控制，避免了污染源流向社会，有利于师生和社会群体的身体健康。学习生 物安全知识、增强生物安全意识、加强实验室的生物安全管理，是控制微生物实验室污染及实验室感染发生的 关键。 关键词：微生物实验室；危险因素；生物安全管理；预防控制 中图分类号：S182 文献标志码：A doi：10.3969/jissn.1671- 9646(C).2011.12.007 Management and Control of the Risk Factors in Microbiological Labs Zheng Ping （College of Engineer Technology，Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Economy and Trade，Nanjing，Jiangsu 210007，China） Abstract ：Through the strengthening learning of biosafety knowledge ，improve microbiology laboratory bio- safety awareness，to avoid laboratory contamination and laboratory infection. According to the microbiological laboratory special and the characteristics of the school lab ，develop a series of related rules and regulations ，improve the working environment，keep good personal self- protection ，strict preservation and management of species，keep indoor clean ， strictly enforce the rules and laboratory waste disinfection and treatment. Through the various management measures ，the micro- organisms laboratorys infection contamination was controled ，avoid the polluted source flow to the society，help teachers ，students and community groups health. Study biological safety knowledge ，enhanced bio- safety awareness and strengthening laboratory bio- safety management is the key to control the contamination and infection of microbiological laboratory.
