角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的手术效果，为进一步提高翼状胬肉治疗方法的选择提供参考依据。 方法 选择2012年1月～2013年1月在我院行手术治疗的翼状胬肉患者74例，74眼，入选病例中应用角膜缘干细胞移植术38例，设立为研究组，其余36例行生物羊膜移植术，设立为对照组，观察比较两组患者角膜创面上皮愈合时间、比较两组患者术前术后裸眼视力及术后随访其复发率、并发症。 结果 研究组患者角膜创面上皮愈合时间明显快于对照组，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者术后复发率2.6%，显著低于对照组（P0.05）。研究组和对照组患者术后3周其裸眼视力均分别较术前明显提高，且研究组患者术后3周其裸眼视力改善更显著，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有愈合快、并发症少、复发率低等优点，值得基层医院广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 翼状胬肉；角膜缘干细胞移植术；生物羊膜移植术；复发；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R777.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-187-03 　　Efficacy analysis of limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of pterygium 　　LAI Jiangfeng 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Meizhou City Peoples Hospital， Meizhou 514031， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of pterygium surgery， in order to further provide reference for improving the pterygium. Methods 74 cases of pterygium（74 eyes）from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as the observation subjects， the 38 patients adopted limbal stem cell lines grafting as study group， the 36 patients adopted amniotic membrane transplantation as control group. The corneal epithelial wound healing time，preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and postoperative follow-up the recurrence rate， complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The corneal epithelial wound healing time of the study group was significantly faster than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of study group was 2.6%，was significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）.After treatment three weeks，uncorrected visual acuity of study group and the control group significantly improved than the preoperative and postoperative，and the study group improved more significant than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
