工效学 2011年03月第 17卷第 1 · 9 · 文章编号：1006—8309(2011)01-0009-06 互动过程变量对复杂问题解决 有效性影响机制研究 何铨 (浙江工业大学政治与公共管理学院，杭州 310023) 摘要：复杂问题解决过程如何影响任务有效性，团队成员如何认知互动过程的影响机制 ，越来越受到关 注。本研究运用计算机模拟情境任务、群体访谈和定性内容分析技术研究由54名被试组成的18组三人复杂 问题解决任务团队任务过程变量及其对团队有效性影响机制。结果发现有效性高的团队比有效性低的团队 更关注过程中的促进因素 ，认为任务相关互动促进团队有效性 ；而有效性低的团队较多地报告过程 中的障碍 因素，强调人际相关互动对团队有效性的影响。结论：不同有效性的团队对互动过程及其对有效性的影响机 制存在认知差异。 关键词：互动过程；团队有效性；复杂问题解决 中图分类号：F207；C93 文献标识码 ：A TheStudy，ontheEffectofInteractionProcessamong ComplexProblem SolvingEffectiveness HeQuan (ZhejiangUniversityofTechnology，SchoolofPoliticsandPublic Administration，Hangzhou310023，China) Abstract：Moreandmore research hasfocused ontheeffectoftheperceivedinteraction processon complex problem solvingeffectiveness．Thestudy investigatedtheteam processthatteam membersbelievedfacilitatesandin— hibitsteam effectivenessinsimulatedsituation．54SUbjects，dividedinto18three—personteams，wererequiredto completetheSYNTEX task．Afterteam membersrespondedtoopenquestionswhichfocusontheaspectshelpingor preventingteam effectiveness．Throughsystematiccodinganalysis，theresuhsshowedthatmoreteam membersinthe high—effectivenessteamsemphasizedthefacilitatingfactors，identifiedthetaskrelatedinteractionsascontributingto effectiveness；andmembersofthelow—effectivenessteamsweremorelikelytomentionthoseinhibitingprocess，in— dieatedtheinfluenceoftherelationrelatedinteraction．Theconclusionwastherewereperceiveddifferencesamong ghandlow effectivenessteam membe~ abouttheinteractionprocessandtheeffectsoneffectiveness． Keywords：team process；team effectiveness；complexproblem solving 1 前言
