The method adopted the principle of optical imaging and the technology of CCD image collection with laser as the lamp-house. This article expounds the system constitution and the measuring principle. The realizable accuracy and the affecting accuracy factors are analyzed in detail. The analytical results show that, within the measuring range 50~200m and the measuring angle of ±5°, a measuring accuracy of 0.05°can be achieved. The system accuracy meets the high-precision measurement of azimuth angle of shield machine in tunnel boring construction.
