Method: ， Intercepted regional entire bloodstream that tumour located in anatomy hepatoframework with Caritational Ultrasonic （ ）， Surgical Aspiration CUSA operated hepatectomy of Central hepatic segments. Result:46 cases was cure by the surgical technic. Preoperative hepatic function was was A in 43 cases and B in3 cases with Child grade. Regional entire ， bloodstream interception was operated in 39 cases interceptive time was 8 to 33 minutes. Intraoperation bleed was 100 ， to 2400ml the average bleed was 490ml.Postoperativ hepatic function recovery to Child A grade in 43 cases within one ， ， ， ， ， week hydroperitoneum was shown up in 3 cases choloplania 1 cases biliary fistula 1 cases gastroplegia 1 cases 1 ， case dead with myocardial infar
