METHODS The latest research reports were reviewed, and those drugs’ action mechanism, clinical practice, side effects and guideline that expressed by authoritative department were included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Those new antidiabetic drugs have hopeful future but there are many problems that need to study and resolve in the future.
