《中国病案》2015 年第 16 卷第 4 期 ·53· 衡阳市某院 2013 年儿童疾病构成分析 421000 衡阳市 南华大学附属第二医院病案统计科 冯 江 刘凤玲 文衡萍 黎 俊 摘要 目的 了解某医院儿科疾病构成现状，为做好儿童疾病医疗和预防保健工作提供科学依据。方 法 收集某医院 2013 年儿科住院患者资料，按不同性别、不同年龄和不同季节进行统计分析。结果 不同 性别、不同年龄和不同季节之间疾病构成均有统计学差异。不同性别疾病构成前三位相同，但男性患儿住 院人数明显高于女性患儿。年龄 28 天以下组疾病构成第一位是新生儿病理性黄疸，其次为早产儿，再次 是新生儿肺炎。其余各组疾病构成第一位均是支气管肺炎。四季疾病构成第一位均是急性支气管肺炎。夏 秋两季急性上呼吸道感染住院人数相对春冬季节要高，秋季腹泻构成较另外三季高。结论 某医院儿科住 院患儿中不同年龄、不同性别、不同季节疾病构成有所不同，医院及相关部门应根据儿童的不同年龄、不 同性别、不同季节的特点，将儿童疾病的治疗和预防的重点放在呼吸系统和消化系统这两大类疾病当中。 关键词 儿童；住院患儿；疾病构成 Analysis of Childhood Diseases Constitute in a Hospital in 2013 Feng Jiang, Liu Fengling, Wen Hengping, Li Jun, Medical Records Statistic Room, Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University, Hengyang 421000, Hu’ nan Province, China Abstract Objective To understand the composition of pediatric diseases in a hospital, and provide the scientific basis for medical and preventive health care of children diseases. Methods The pediatric inpatient data of a hospital in 2013 were statistically analyzed according to different gender, different age and different seasons. Results There were statistically significant between different gender, age and season diseases. The top three are the same in different gender, but the numbers of male are significantly higher than female. One of the first is the newborn pathological jaundice group under the age of 28 days, followed by premature infants, neonatal pneumonia. The first are bronchopneumonia in other groups of diseases. The first are acute bronchopneumonia in four seasons. Acute upper respiratory tract infection in hospital Spring summer and fall season is higher than the winter.
