METHODS 锛欸C method was adopted. Samples with methyl salicylate as internal standard were separat- ed on a HP-INNOWAX 19091N- 113锛?0m脳 0.32mm脳 0.25渭m 锛塩olumn by GC-FID with a temperature programming. The injector temperature and the detector temperature were set at 230鈩 and 250鈩冿紝respectively. RESULTS 锛歍he linear ranges were 4.9锝 156.8碌g 路mL 锛?for TMP 锛坮 锛?.9996锛塧nd 5.3锝?69.6碌g 路mL 锛?for borneol 锛坮 锛?.9996锛夛紝respectively. Average recoveries for TMP and borneol were 98.09锛咃紙RSD 锛?.75锛咃紝n 锛?锛塧nd 98.39锛咃紙RSD 锛?.17锛咃紝n 锛?锛夛紝respectively. CONCLUSION 锛歍he estab- lished method is simple 锛宺apid and sensitive with a good specificity 锛寃hich can be used for the content determination of TMP and borneol in the micro-emulsion.
