-108- Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine 2015 Vol. （7 ） No.4 改良切开扩创术联合中药对陈旧性肛裂的治疗分析 A clinical analysis of treating chronic anal fissure by improved incision debridement therapy plus TCM medicine 刘景龙 （辽源市中医院，吉林 辽源，136200 ） 中图分类号：R657.1+4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2015 ）4-0108-02 证型：IDGA 【摘 要】 目的：分析改良切开扩创术联合中药对陈旧性肛裂的治疗效果。方法：选取60 例陈旧性肛裂患者按随机数字法 分成研究组和对照组各 30 例。研究组采用改良切开扩创术联合中药治疗；对照组采用内括约肌侧切术联合西药进行治疗。对比两 组的治疗效果和术后疼痛。结果：两组治疗的总有效率和术后疼痛存在明显差异（P0.05 ）。结论：改良切开扩创术联合中药可有 效的提高对陈旧性肛裂的治疗效果，且能有效的减轻患者的疼痛。 【关键词】改良切开扩创术；中药；陈旧性肛裂 【Abstract 】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of improved incision debridement therapy plus TCM medicine on chronic anal fissure. Methods: 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases for each. The study group was given improved incision debridement therapy plus TCM medicine, and another was given internal sphincter lateral surgery plus western medicine. Effects and postoperative pain in two groups were compared. Results: The total efficacy and postoperative pain in two groups showed obvious difference (P0.05).
