Abstract: Cantileve - type piezoelect ic vib ation t ansduce s p ovides a new method fo powe supply, w hich can

lum capacito and a Zene diode . T h oug h testing the p oto types w ith optimized pa amete s, the t ansduce cha ac-
te istics w e e o bta ined. Ex pe imental esults show ed that the gene ato co uld completely meet t he equi ements of
senso no des with a powe co nsumpt ion of 50 LW .
