The article firstly disclo ses the defau lts of the traditional net p resent value m ethod and reveals the imp rovem ents in the real op tion app roach , and then enum erates the typ es of the real op tion app roaches and p ropo ses the con struction of the p roject investm ent decisionm ak ing models based on real op tion , and in the end, evaluates the app lication of the real op tion app roach in the decisionm ak ing p rocess of p roject investm ent.
