我国三种肝胆外科学术期刊学术水平与 影响力比较分析 毛文明 徐晓泉 吴建敏 郑俊海 【摘 要】 目的 进一步了解我国肝胆外科学术期刊的整体水平和影响力。方法 采用文 献计量学方法，依据 2002-2008 年版《中国学术期刊综合引证报告》（CAJCCR）的数据及《中 国引文数据库》2001-2007 年的数据，统计我国大陆出版的 3 种肝胆外科杂志的载文量、影 响因子(IF)、总被引频次、被引文章篇数、被引率、篇均被引频次、即年指标、基金论文比、 h 指数，并计算出各指标的平均值、ｈ２/ｎ、A 指数、g 指数等指标。 结果 3 种肝胆外科 学术期刊 2001-2007 年 IF 均值、被引频次均值分别为 0.557 和 756.6，高于《CAJCCR》D 辑（医药卫生类期刊）每刊平均值。经对IF、被引频次均值、总被引频次、篇均被引频次、 被引率、即年指标、基金论文比、h指数、ｈ２/ｎ、A 指数、g 指数、高被引论文比等 12 种 指标的排序，《中华肝胆外科杂志》12 种指标均位居第一；《肝胆外科杂志》4 种指标居第 2 名，8种指标居第3名；《 肝胆胰外科杂志》9种指标居第2名，3种指标居第3名。结论 《中 华肝胆外科杂志》学术水平和学术影响力最高。 【关键词】 肝胆外科学；期刊；计量指标 Comparison and analysis of academic level and impact of three national academic journals of hepatobiliary surgery MAO Wen-ming, XU Xiao-quan,WU Jian-min,ZHENG Jun-hai.Journal Research Institute of Wenzhou Medical College, Zhejiang Wenzhou 325035 【Abstract】 Objective Purpose: To further understand the overall level and impact of national academic journal of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Based on the data of 2002~2008 versions of “Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Citation Report” (CAJCCR) and “Chinese Citation Database” from 2001 to 2007, using bibliometrics method to gather statistics of three published journals of hepatobiliary surgery in mainland of China, including the volume of contained texts, impact factor (IF), total cited frequency, number of cited articles, cited rate, cited frequency per article, immediacy index, rate of fund papers and h index, and calculate the average of each index, h2/n, A index, g index and so on. Results From 2001 to 2007, the IF equal value and cited frequency of three academic journals of hepatobiliary surgery are 0.557 and 756.6 respectively, higher than average per issue of “CAJCCR” D series (journal of medicine and public health).
