A bstract: Themain ami of this paper is to analyze and discuss some common problems that happened frequently in
the practical application of the coolingwater system of the central air condition. These problems are: over losing
of the coolingwater causes thewater tobe over salinity that affects the efficiency of theheat convection, at thesame
tmi e also air corrosive phenomenon of the whole system may happen, and even may have the appearance ofwater
hammer; the appearance of air corrosive andwaterhammer phenomenamay be caused by the unreasonabledesign
of the system; overoxygen and salinity in thecoolingwaterare themain causes of the smudge and corrosion of the
system. In order to solve these problems, we have to pay more attention to them in thedesign, construction and run
ning of the system.
