Combined with the status quo and problems of healthcare management in hospital and the practice of macro healthcare management in Southwest Hospital, new healthcare system includes establishing macro healthcare conception, creating 4p medicine treatment platform, constructing integrated discipline healthcare management system and carrying out full qualified healthcare under 4p medicine conception has been designed and implemented to achieve 4 transformations on healthcare management to give reference for government and hospital to improve healthcare management. The 4 transformations can be described as transferring from conception to hospital development strategy and discipline construction, transferring from hospital level platform to integrated discipline system, transferring from episode healthcare management to full and systematic healthcare management and tran
