合 作 协 议 二、乙方责任： 1、乙方负责主办此会议的组织及全部事务性工作，会议于2012年10月26日在北京会议中心召开。 2、负责邀请会长、副会长、秘书长、常务理事、理事等各有关方面的专家出席此次会议， 3、除因不可抗力原因外，如甲方付款后会议无法按时举行，乙方应及时通知甲方，由双方协商解决方式。无正当理由，经甲方要求，乙方应全额退回甲方已付支持费用。 三、保密责任： 甲乙双方承诺保守协议涉及的保密信息，未经对方允许，不得向第三方透露。 四、争议的解决： 1、双方同意，本协议遵照中华人民共和国法律解释和执行。协议未尽事宜，双方应尽量协商解决，并签署补充协议。 2、协商不成，可向当地仲裁委员会提请仲裁。 Cooperation Agreement Ⅱ. Responsibilities of Party B: 1、Party B is responsible for organizing and all transactional work of hosting this session which will be held on October 26, 2012 in Beijing Convention Center . 2、Responsible for the invitation of the Presidents, Vice Presidents , the Secretary-Generals , the Executive Directors and other concerned experts to attend the session. 3、In addition to the force majeure, for instance, if the meeting cannot be held on schedule after payment of Party A , Party B shall notify Party A promptly, and it shall be settled through negotiation by both parties . Without good reason, Party B shall refund the paid support costs to Party A under the requirement of Party A. Ⅲ.Duty of Confidentiality Both parties promise to keep the conservative confidential information involved in the Agreement a secret and shall not disclose it to the third party without permission. Ⅳ.Settlement of Disputes: 1、The two sides agreed that the interpretation and implementation of the Agreement shall be in compliance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China . For the unsettled affairs in the agreement, both parties should solve them in friendly negotiation, and sign a supplemental agreement. 2、Negotiation fails, either party may apply to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration 1
