职业教育中关键能力的培养研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 当今世界已进入全球化时代，随着社会产业结构的调整，劳动力结构的变化， 过去单一的专业知识技能已无法满足社会经济发展的要求，随着职业更迭的加快， 对职业的适应性要求越来越高。近来世界各国的职业教育界日益重视关键能力的 培养。论文首先介绍了关键能力的内涵和特征，回顾了它的形成背景，接着从核 心价值观的构建和非智力因素的培养两个维度探讨了内部心理机制对关键能力培 养的影响，提出实施校企合作和行动导向教学法。随后论述了我国职业教育关键 能力的培养现状，考察了德国、英国和澳大利亚职业教育在培养关键能力方面的 先进理念和做法，并以苏州建设交通高等职业技术学校汽车专业为例，介绍了学 校在培养学生关键能力方面的具体做法和成功经验，最后给出了关键能力培养的 对策与建议。 关键词：职业教育 关键能力 培养 作 者：童晓燕 指导老师：洪芳（副教授） I Abstract The Study on Cultivating Key Competencies in Vocational Education The Study on Cultivating Key Competencies in Vocational Education Abstract The world has entered the era of globalization. Along with the social adjustment of industrial structure and the change of labor structure,the past single professional knowledge and skills already cannot satisfy the requirement of the development of social economy. With the rapid alteration of the vocational careers, the demand for the adaptability to vocation is higher and higher. Recently every country all over the world pays more and more attention to the cultivating of the key vocational education ability. This thesis firstly introduces the connotation and features of key competency, and reviews the background of its taking shape. Then it discusses the influence of internal psychological mechanism on the cultivating of key competencies from the two dimensions of the building of core values and the cultivating of non-intellectual factors, and puts forward the teaching method of implementing the schoolenterprise cooperation and action orie
