2 苏州市区高校体育场馆管理现状与对策研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 本文运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析、 案例分析等研究方法对苏州市区4所高校体育场馆管理的现状进行调查与分析， 并提出发展对策，旨在提高高校体育场馆管理水平及质量，充分发挥高校体育场 馆保障体育教学、运动训练、课余体育活动和促进全民健身运动深入开展的功能 与作用。 本文研究显示：（1）要加强苏州市区高校体育场馆管理力度，努力提高管理 2 4 水平与质量。（）苏州市区 所高校体育场馆的建设现状与教育部《目录》的标 准相比仍有差距。（3）苏州市区4所高校体育场馆管理水平整体不高。（4）苏州 市区4所高校体育场馆管理存在的主要问题是体制机制和制度的问题，管理人员 综合素质不高的问题。 苏州市区高校体育场馆管理的发展对策是：拓展资金来源渠道，加强高校体 育场馆建设与资源共享；积极探索体育场馆管理的科学方法，保障优先高效完成 主体任务；推进各项改革，创新运行机制，推动体育场馆对社会开放与经营；推 进机制体制改革，强化规章制度建设和执行力度；加强学习与培训，全面提高体 育场馆管理人员的综合素质。 关键词：苏州市区 高校体育场馆 管理 影响因素 发展对策 作 者：刘东兵 指导教师：雍 明 I 英文摘要 苏州市区高校体育场馆管理现状与对策研究 Researchingonthepresentmanagementsituationand countermeasuresoffourcolleges’sanduniversities’s venuesinSoochowurban Abstract This paper use methods of documents,consulting experts, survey method, questionnairemethod,mathematicalstatistics ，logicanalysis,caseanalysis.Investigate and analyzethe present management situationof four colleges anduniversities venues in soochow city.
