中文摘要 摘要：改革开放以来，我国民营企业成长迅速，为我国整体经济的发展打下了坚 实的基础。但在民营企业进一步扩大规模的过程中，资金短缺，融资困难成为民 营企业普遍面临的问题。在此背景下，研究和解决我国民营企业融资难的问题则 具有更加重要的现实意义。针对该现象，众多学者做出了影响我国民营企业融资 因素的理论上的框架分析，但相对缺乏对企业融资影响因素的系统化归纳和融资 可得性的量化，以及有针对性的实证研究。本文以MM理论，优序融资理论作为基 础，进行理论分析，将民营企业融资问题分为两个层面，即企业外部层面和企业 内部层面。通过进一步研究，将问题细化，归纳出8个影响因素，之后做出了相对 应的8个假设。为验证假设，笔者对东北地区民营企业进行调查。调查对象包括批 发零售行业、服务行业、加工制造行业、高新技术行业、建材行业等34家企业的 据相关性分析，显著性检验，膨胀系数检验以及多重线性回归分析，建立民营企 业融资影响因素模型，逐项分析每个因素对民营企业融资的影响。最后，针对中 小企业融资问题，提出了几点建议。 关键词：民营企业；融资；影响因素；回归模型 分类号： ABSTRACT ABSTRACT：Fromthe and totheoutside reformingopening are and contributetothe of privateenterprises growingrapidlydoing development Chineseeconomicmorethan the ofthe ever．However,duringprogressdevelopment of troubleof restrictsthefurther and privateenterprises，thefinancing development becomesthecommonissue．Underthis wouldbemuchmore circumstance，it toresearchandsolvethe of this meaningful financingproblem enterprises．On private scholarshavedonesometheoretical islackof issue，many the analysis，but,there inductionand or basedona market．Based system quantization empiricalstudy pointed 0nMM dividestheissueintotwo outside theory,this level，the theory,peckingpaper inside furthffr details8factorswh
