摘 要 本文应用正交设计法，优选磷脂酰胆碱一亚硒酸钠注射剂(简 称：PC—Se注射剂)和磷脂酰胆碱一亚硒酸钠一油酸注射乳剂(简 称：PC—Se一0注射乳剂)的处方，确定了制备工艺条件，测定 了两种制剂的微粒大小、渗透压、pH值、Zeta电势等基本性质， 符合静注给药要求。经加速试验与留样观察证明：两种制剂的主 药热降解动力学服从4级反应，速率常数与温度关系符合阿累尼 乌斯方程，预测Pc—Se注射剂有效期为2年，PC—Se一0注射乳剂 有效期为1．3年，比较稳定。经动物试验，两种注射剂的毒性与 亚硒酸钠注射液相比较均显著降低，治疗肝炎，降低转氨酶作用 显著提高，为制备新的治疗肝病与补硒药物制剂奠定基础。 本文对天然蛋黄磷脂精制提纯磷脂酰胆碱方法进行改进，减 少溶剂、吸附剂用量，提高纯度，PC含量可达到93％，为注射用 磷脂酰胆碱创造条件。 关键词：磷脂酰胆碱亚硒酸钠 油酸注射剂 Abstract The formulaand methodsof optimal preparationinjeetion of umselenite(i phophatidylcholine—sodjnjectionPC—Se) and of injection selenite-oleic phophatidylcholiHe—sodium aci PC—Se一0)werei d(injection establshedwith ofthogonal method． design Some of these as propertiespreparations，such particle si c valHeandzeta ze，osmoti wete pressure，pH potential theresultsindicatethat determined，and allofthese meet the ofintravenous propertiesrequirement injection entirely． The kineticsofthe medici decomposition major nal intwo fitfjrstorder on agents preparations reactiand relations rate between and constants fit temperatures Arrhenius
