公路运输枢纽规划布局和评价研究.pdf

摘 要 进入2l世纪后，我国的国民经济呈现出高速增长的发展势头，综合运输体系不断 完善，道路交通基础设施取得骄人成就，现代物流产业也快速兴起并且增长迅速，使市 场对公路运输枢纽的需求发生了很大的变化。公路运输枢纽是公路运输网络的主要节 点，是公路运输客货集散中枢，也是公路运输同其它运输方式相互衔接、发展综合运输 的组织中心。公路运输枢纽是公路交通基础设施的重要组成部分，在公路交通中发挥着 重要的作用。 本文在对公路运输枢纽理论研究的基础上，对公路运输枢纽布局规划方法和规划布 局方案评价进行了研究。论文首先介绍了公路运输枢纽的相关概念及其功能效应，对不 同公路运输枢纽按不同划分方式进行了分类。然后研究了公路运输枢纽布局规划的主要 步骤和内容，先对站场规模进行理论匡算，再提出公路运输枢纽布局规划的研究方法， 对不同的研究方法进行了探讨。通过对公路运输枢纽布局评价指标研究，采用多层次模 糊综合评价法进行评价。 本文最后以《石嘴山市综合交通规划》项目作为实例，将上述理论与方法在该项目 中进行应用，验证了本文的研究工作对于促进和提高我国公路运输基础设施的规划水 平，推进交通运输规划工作的发展具有重要的理论指导意义及实用价值。 关键词：运输枢纽，站场，布局规划，模型，评价方法 Abstract Inthe21st national hasshowna century，Chinaseconomy highgrowthdevelopment，the trafficinfrastructure has comprehensivetransportationsystemconstantlyimproved，road got achievement，modernalsoriseand makesthe great logisticsindustry growingrapidly．It demandof highwaytransportationchanged pivot significantly．Highwaytransportationpivot isthemain of itisthecenterof and net，and parthighwaytransportation passengerfreight isalsothe centerof withother transport．It organizationhighway transportation，connected andthe ofthe transportationdevelopmentcomprehensive isthe constituentof transportationpivot important highwaytransportationinfrastructure；it an roleinthe traffic． playsimportant highway Basedonthetheoreticalresearchof basisof highwaytransport layout pi
