秦巴山区中药现代化产业发展的分析.pdf

西北 L业人学硕十论文 摘 要 中医药是中华民族在长期实践中积累和发展起来的重要文化遗产。20世纪 90年代以来，世界各国医药界对无污染、毒副作用小的天然药物有了新的认识， 掀起了应用天然药物的热潮，给我国中药产业的发展带来了前所未有的契机。我 国在 “九五”计划中，明确提出了 “中药现代化科技产业行动计划”，支持中药 现代化产业的发展。 秦巴山区具有得天独厚的中药材资源优势，是我国重要的中药材产地。本文 在深入调查和分析秦巴山区中药资源及产业发展现状的基础上，研究了秦巴山区 中药产业发展存在的问题。论文运用SWOT分析方法，针对秦巴山区中药产业 分别从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面进行了详细分析，提出了扭转型战略与 增长型战略相结合的战略定位，制定了秦巴山区中药现代化产业的总体发展目标 和阶段目标以及发展战略的实施原则。通过对建设秦巴山区中药现代化产业的六 大骨千工程，建设规范化药材基地，创建和加强中药材加工、研发创新、医药市 场和社会化服务体系建设的深入研究，明确了秦巴山区中药现代化产业发展的战 略实施。并且还从微观角度，对山茱英等四种秦巴山区典型中药材的产业发展对 策进行了探讨。 关键词:秦巴山区 中药现代化产业 SWOT分析 发展战略 西北 }业人学硕 {_论文 ABSTRACT TraditionalChineseMedicine (TCM)isthepreciouscultureheritage accumulatedanddevelopedbylong-termpractice.Form90sinthe20thcentury,the humanbeingbegantorecognizeno-contaminatedTCM.Itraisedthewaveof returningtonatureandbroughttheunparallelopportunitiestothedevelopmentof TCMindustry.ChinadefinitelyputforwardtheplanofTCMmodernizationindustry in95planandsupportsthedevelopmentofTCMmodernizationindustry QinBaMountainshaveabundantTCM resources,andisanimportantTCM producingbase.BasedontheinvestigationofthepresentconditionofTCMresources andindustryinQinBaMountains,thepaperstudiedtheproblemsinthecourseof developmentofTCMindustryinQinBaMountains.ByusingSWOTanalysismodel, thepaperanalyzedthestrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandthreatsofTCM industryinQinBaMountains,gavethecollectivelyandphasesdevelopmentgoaland implementprincipal.Throughthedeeplystudiesonhowtoconstructitssixbackbone projectsandstandardmedicinalmaterialsbase,howtoestablishandenhancethe TCMmachiningandRDinnovation,medicationmarketandsocializationservice system,thepaperdemonstratedthestrategyimplementofTCM modernization industrydevelopmentinQinBaMountains.Atlast,thepaperalsostudiedtheindustry developmentcountermeasuresofhowtodevelopitsfourkindsofrepresentativeTCM suchascornelfromthemicrocosmicpoint.
