摘要 (3) 纳米流体可以改善发动机冷却系统的性能,方针结果表明,在 汽车极限工况时,采用纳米流体的发动机冷却系统能够有效地降低水箱 温度,防止水箱内冷却液开锅; 同时能够有效地降低空气温度,改善发动机 舱内冷却效果。 关键词:发动机冷却,纳米流体,氧化铝,对流换热,仿真 第 II 页 ABSTRACT The Investigation of Nano-fluid Used in the Engine Cooling System ABSTRACT The fuel consumption in automobile industry is intensified as well as the development of automobile industry. The rising of emission standard calls for the new requirement on using fuel efficiently. The engine cooling became one of the limits on the improvement of engine efficiency. The traditional coolant cannot meet the demand of engine cooling. The development of new coolant has become a new development direction as well as developing new type of high efficiency heat exchanger. The current research status of nanofluid in heat conductivity and in heat transfer is reviewed. A experiment rig was set up to test the performance of heat exchanger, and test is carried out in these conditions: volume fraction of 0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%, volume flow rate of 0.5L/min~1L/min, entry temperature of 70 ℃, 80℃ and 90 ℃, particle size of 10nm,30nm,60nm. By ε−NTU method, the convective heat transfer coefficient and heat flow rate are obtained.
