中文摘要 天津是环渤海区域的核心，我国经济型轿车的摇篮。天津的汽车工业随着夏 利汽车的成长成熟、丰田汽车的落户生根迎来了一轮新的快速发展。然而当众多 外资品牌大举进入中国汽车市场、国内自主品牌逐渐崛起，天津汽车工业的优势 已然岌岌可危。如何以骨干企业为基础，实施产业结构调整，通过自主发展和招 商引资，培养新的核心企业，建设强力支持的产业群，提高产业核心竞争力，是 天津汽车工业迫切需要解决的问题。本文将天津汽车工业的发展融入到中国汽车 产业发展的大局中，针对天津汽车工业对外资依赖性强、自主创新发展缓慢、产 品类型过于集中的实际，试图寻求一条适合天津的汽车工业发展之路。回顾天津 汽车工业的发展历程，我们成功的经验就是超前规划发展战略与引进战略合作伙 伴。如今国内汽车市场保持平稳增长，强大的购买力和市场需求吸引了国内外的 众多汽车厂商，此时正是天津抓住市场机遇，适时推动天津汽车工业实施二次创 业的好时机。天津汽车工业目前最重要的任务就是抓住国内外汽车厂商加紧实施 新的战略布局的机遇，再吸引若干家整车制造企业，围绕整车企业构建开放式的 零部件配套体系,充分发挥天津汽车零部件实力雄厚、产业集群成熟的优势，形 成板块多元化的汽车工业体系。 关键词：汽车工业；产业集群；发展战略；产业价值链；竞争力 ABSTRACT Tianjin is the core city in circum-Bohai-sea Area, and the cradle of economy car in China. Along with the growing of Xiali and the settling of Toyota TJ, the automobile industry in Tianjin is in the stage to challenge a new round of rapid expansion. However, with lots of external brand rushing into China and the internal brand’s sharply rising, Tianjin automobile industry is on the hazard advantage in the market. Tianjin automobile industry is pressed for time to solve problems based on key enterprises organization, such as industrial restructuring, self-directed development and investment promotion, core enterprises developing, construct strongly supporting industrial clusters, and promote core competence. The paper integrates the develop history of Tianjin automobile industry into Chinese overall situation, aimed on the reality of over-dependence to foreign investment, less development of independent innovation, excessively concentrate of product type, and so on, tried to find a suitable develop way for Tianjin automobile industry in the future.
