摘要 随着我国加入WTO及广西经济的快速发展，广西的农业发展进入了新阶段， 广西农业职业教育对解决日益突出的“三农”问题（即农业、农村和农民问题） 也将发挥更大的促进作用。 本文对如何发展广西农业职业教育这一问题做了试探性的研究。文章从分析 农业职业教育的本质、内涵、特点及界定入手，运用比较的方法，把广西农业职 业教育放在国际背景和全国背景下进行比较，从中总结归纳出广西农业职业教育 历史的特点和特征，探索广西农业职业教育的历史演变，发现广西农业职业教育 历史悠久，但发展缓慢，道路曲折。文章指出目前广西农业职业教育中存在学校 招生难、毕业生就业难、学校专业设置与农业职业教育发展相矛盾及学校办学层 次分化处于不稳定阶段、新兴的高等农业职业教育尚待健全等问题，指出近两年 广西农业职业教育招生规模连创历史新高这个曙光，并就问题的存在和曙光的出 现进行了原因分析。就发展广西农业职业教育的问题，从政府部门和农业职业院 校两个层面进行思考，认为政府部门应完善职能，制定政策，引导舆论，消除传 统价值观对农业职业教育的负面影响，创设普、职教育等值；倾斜政策为农民弟 子提供农业职业教育，宏观调控普、职教育结构；建立相互沟通、相互衔接的教 育体制和教育结构体系，统一管理，畅通“直通车”“立交桥”，确保相同类型 不同层次教育之间和不同类型教育之间的相互沟通和相互衔接；制定办学条件鉴 定与教育和培训质量考核标准，把握“以课程为中心”而非“以学校为中心”的 原则，协助优化学校专业设置。农业职业院校应明确“双师型”教师的内涵，加 速培养“双师型”教师，增加“双师型”教师比例；加快校内实习基地建设，加 强校企联办，充分利用企业工作场所作为教育实习资源，促进学校硬件建设；调 整办学模式，发展学历教育和非学历教育，加强国际合作，主动适应并服务于农 业行业的重点工作。本论文对广西农业职业教育的发展进行了探讨，文章认为广 西农业职业教育的发展是经济与教育发展的需要，是历史进步的必然。 关键词：农业职业教育; 历史 ;现状; 展望 i Abstract With China’s entry into WTO and the rapid economic development in Guangxi(GX), the development of agriculture in GX comes to a new stage. As a result, agriculture vocational education in GX is playing a greater part in helping to deal with the worsening “Three Problems”, namely, the problems of the agriculture, the countryside and the farmers. In this thesis, I attempt to do a research on how to develop the agriculture vocational education in GX. And this thesis begins with the essence, the connotation, the characters of the agriculture vocational education and the definition. By comparison, I put GX’s agriculture vocational education into both the international and the national situation to consider and I arrive at the historical ch
