摘要
5、研究了时变网络下有宵禁限制的危险品运输最短路问题。建立了时变条
件下有到达时问约束、具有多个出发时间和有软、硬宵禁限制的危险品运输最
短路模型，设计了最短路算法，获得了有效路径集合。
6、研究了危险品运输事故的应急救援系统。以GIS为平台，根据公路危险
品运输事故的特点，设计系统的工作流程，设计主要功能模块和系统的空间数
据库。
7、研究了危险品事故应急救援的物资配送方案。建立了应急救援的最优物
资输送模型，设计了最优路径的算法，结合算例进行了分析。
