Abstract
IonicPolymerMetalComposite(IPMC)canbeusedasanelectricallyactivatedactuator,whichhasbeenwidelyusedin
artificialmuscles，bionicroboticactuators，anddynamicsensorssinceithastheadvantagesoflargedeformation lightweight，

flexibility,andlow drivingvoltage，etc．TofurtherimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofIPMC
． thispaperreportsanewmethod
forpreparingorganic—inorganichybridNafiorfSiO2membranes
． Beginningfrom castNationmembranes，IPMCswithvarious
tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)contentswerefabricatedbyelectrolessplating．TheelasticmoduliofcastNationmembranes
weremeasuredwithnanoindenters，thewatercontentswerecalculated，andthecrosssectionsofNationmembraneswere
