2011年第 4期 总第 12O期 文章编号 ：1003—2398(2011)04-0048-06 城市规划视角下西安市主城区 住宅空间结构演变研究 牛俊蜻 ，吕 园，刘科伟 (西北大学城市与环境学院，西安710127) A SIr【JDYoN THE EVoLUTIoN oF THE RESIDENTIALSPATIAL STRUCTURE IN XI AN CITYFRoM THE PERSPECTIVE OF URBAN PLANNING NIU Jun—qing，LV Yuan，LIU Ke—wei (SchoolofUrbanandEnvironment,NorthwestUniversity,Xi an710127．China) Abstract：W iththerapiddevelopmentofrealestateindustry，thespatialvariationoftheresidentialmarket graduallyattractstheattentionofacademiainrecentyears．Thispaper， takingthecityofXi’anasthemain studyareaandtheresidentialprojectsinofrmationfrom2003to2009ofXi’anCityasthebasicdata，analyzes thedynamicevolutionoftheresidentialspatialstructurethroughthemethodsofbufferanalysisandKriging analysisbyArcGis．ThenthePaDersutdiestheevolutionmechanism oftheresidentialspatialstructurerfom theperspectiveofurbanplanningbasedonacasesutdyofXi’anCitythroughthemethodofcomparative analysisbetweenthechangesofthecontentsonurbanplanningandthechangesoftheresidentialprojectsin differentareasofthesameperiod．Theresultshowthat(1)thenumberofresidentialprojectsinXi’anCity tendstogatheralongtheaxisandconcentrateintheplateandthespatialpriceofresidentialprojectsinXi’an Citypresentsthetrendwhichfromapolarizationsturcturetoamulti—coresturcutre；(2)itisanewthinkingof exploringtheevolutionmechanism ofresidentialspatialstrucutrethroughtheperspectiveofurbanplanning． Andtheresidentialspaceshouldbeplacedunderthecitysystemforthestrongcorrelationbewteenthem；(3) theevolutionmechanism oftheresidentialspatialstructurewasaffectedbyurbanplanningontheaspectsof spacestrategy，industrialdisrtibution，transportationconstructionandfacilityconfiguration；(4)scientificur— banplanningcoul
