广西工学院 毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称Based on the MM440 and Profibus’ AC motor control 基于MM440和Profibus 的交流电机控制 系 别 电子信息与控制工程系 专 业 自 动 化 班 级 042 班 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 2008年 5 月 19 日  摘要 本文介绍了一种基于MM440和Profibus的交流电机控制的设计，阐述了系统的工作原理、硬件设计、软件设计、系统监控组态及其扩展触摸屏部分。详细论述了MM440变频器的原理及其在交流电机控制系统中的应用，硬件采用S7-300编程器，通过STEP7编程，在程序中，运用了接通延迟定时器SD、FC105功能模块等，并分别对MM440实施自动变频模式和手动变频模式，便于对电机有选择的进行控制。为了便于实施监控，通过WinCC建立电机实时转速的人机界面，而且加入了失速报警界面和输出过程值归档，进行模拟仿真。由于现代工业控制中，很多场合采用的是远程控制，为了实现这一功能，在硬件上添加了西门子TP270触摸屏，并用ProTool软件建立组态界面，这样便弥补了控制中的不足之处。关于Profibus部分，本设计由于种种原因，并没有详细的介绍，只做简要说明。 关键词：MM440变频器；S7-300编程器；TP270；Profibus。  Abstract This article introduces a design of AC motor control based on Based on the MM440 and Profibus.The system control principle, the hardware design， the software design, the system monitoring configuration and the expansion of the touch-screen are presented. The MM440 converter’s principle and its application on the AC moter control system.The hardware use S7-300 programmer,through STEP7 program ,using a timer connected to delay SD,FC105 function module and so on in the process,and the respective implementation of the MM440 automatic frequency conversion mode and manual frequency conersion mode,for the convenience of selection to the motor control.In order to facilitate the implementation of monitoring,through WinCC to build up a real-time speed man-machine interface of the motor,and joined the stall alarm interface and the output value of archiving process,simulation.As the modern indestrial control,many occasions are used the remote control,in order to achieve this feature,in the hardware is added a touch screen Siemens TP270 ,using the software of ProTool create a configuration interface,this will make up for the control of deficiencies.
