022025416孙晖中国融资租赁业存在的问题与对策研究 ABSTRACT Financiallease,firstlydevelopedintheUnitedStatesinthe1950s,hasdeveloped over50yearsandhasbeenadoptedbymanycountries.Owingtoitsspecialfunctionand advantage,financialleasehasbecomethesecondlargestfinancingtoolstoequipment investmentinthedevelopedcountries.Financiallease,whichincorporatethefinanceinto thephysicalgoods,notonlyaccelerateinvestment,butalsocanpromotesalesofproducts andstimulatetheconsumption.AftertheWorldWarII,theU.S.andotherwestern countries,whichexperiencedalargescaleofeconomicconstructionandindustrial investment,wereingreatneedoflargeamountofcapitalthatcouldntbemetthroughthe traditionalwaysoffinancing.Financialleasebecamethemosteffectivewaytosolvethe problemsabovementionedandplayedanimportantroleinacceleratingtheeconomic prosperousinthesecountries.Financialleasehasdevelopedformorethan20yearsin China.Duringitsinitialperiod,financialleasecontributedalottointroducingintoforeign capital.However,duetovariouskindsofreasons,theleaseindustryshrunkanddidnot playitsrole.Ithasgreatpracticalmeaningstodeepentheresearchonfinancialleaseandto explorehowtomakeuseoffinancialleasetosolvethepresentproblemofthescarcityof capitalintheeconomicconstrictionofChina,whichalsoistheoriginalintentionofthis paper. Thispaperconsistsofsixparts: Partonebrieflyintroducestheconcept,history,typeandcharacterofFinancialLease, andanalyzestheprincipleandessenceoffinancelease,whichisthebasisofthepaper. Parttwointroducesthedevelopment,statusoffinancialleaseintheChina,andthen analyzestheindustry. Partthreeanalyzesthereasonsbothinmacroandmicroenvironmentwhyfinancial leaseinChinafacetheproblems. PartfouranalyzesnecessaryandprobabilityofdevelopingfinancialleaseinChina. Partfiveputsforwardmeasuresbothinmacroandmicrotothefinancialleasein China Partsixintroduceacase.
