贸易区的谈判和建设。 东南亚华商对中国大陆长期的投资也带来了许多问题。如果不能 迅速有效地解决这些问题，其严重后果甚至可能导致东南亚华商网络 的倒退或者消亡。随着中国改革开放的深度和广度的不断拓宽，华商 投资在中国受到的来自其他国家的投资的竞争越来越大。由于东南亚 华商自身实力有限和投资动机中存在的短期行为的限制，这些问题并 不能在短时间内得到根本有效地解决，居住国的居民质疑东南亚华商 投资中国的呼声在东南亚也从未停止过。这两方面问题的存在使得东 南亚华商网络的发展壮大面临着巨大的挑战。 本文以为，解决这个问题的关键在于东南亚华商网络能够抓住中 国-东盟自由贸易区建设发展的历史机遇，从原来的单向投资中国大 陆变为双向投资，其中最重要的是做好中国与东盟经贸合作的粘合 剂，与中国大陆的投资企业合作投资东南亚。如果能做到这点，一方 面壮大了华商网络，另一方面也使得东南亚国家的居民能够得到实 惠，质疑的声音也能够变少。 最后，本文通过研究中国-东盟自由贸易区的建设过程及对双边 经济发展的重要作用，大胆地预测了东南亚华商网络的未来发展趋 势，并得出抓住中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展的历史机遇壮大东南亚 华商网络是双边经济良好发展的必然战略选择。 关键词：东南亚华商 网络 投资 中国-东盟自由贸易区 Abstract Since the late-1970s ， Southeast-Asian Chinese businessmen networks has expanded to the mainland of China as the growing importance of Chinese businessmen networks. In the past 20 years, under the Chinese businessmen networks frame, Southeast-Asian Chinese businessmen capital was carrying on the best conformity in mainland China. Mainland China and various countries of the Southeast Asia have formed cooperation, multi-win-win relationship. This article is under such environment, tries to study Southeast Asia Chinese businessman network in Chinas investment condition, then carries on the strategic forecast to Southeast Asia Chinese businessman network and mainland Chinas further cooperation. Regarding Southeast Asia Chinese businessman networks connotation, the theorists scholar and practical persons has wide divided opinions, I believed that Southeast-Asian Chinese businessman network is take Southeast-Asian Chinese merchant community as the specific main body which taking the family, the tribal grouping, the area, the profession, the mass organization and so on as the social basis, taking five reason relat
