数控车床故障维修实验台地研究.pdf

摘 要 数控机床的维护、维修技术是企业生产的重要保障，但由于现代化的设备不 仅昂贵，而且维修技术要求高，管理难度大,因此，为维修人员的培训带来了很大 的难度，本课题就是为了满足当前数控车床的培训与维护工作需求，研究开发利 用企业和学校已有数控设备，经过技术改造成为教学培训用的数控维修实验平台 系统并且保留原设备的功能，该系统的应用将极大的提高职业院校、企业对维修 人员在数量、质量上的需求，所以具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。 本论文详细介绍了该系统的实现的理论依据以及可行性分析；利用原有的数 控车床设备进行改造，降低该教学系统的成本，通过高性能 PC 机与可编程控制器 相结合的开放式模块化结构，以通用 PC 机作为硬件控制系统，结合可编程控制器 良好的控制性能，通过严格周密设计后接入数控车床电气系统中用以控制整个机 床维修故障的展现。上位机采用 Visual Basic 6.0 以及面向对象、模块化的程序设 计方法，编写了数控车床维修故障控制系统；下位机采用 PLC 的梯形图编程软件， 通过通讯接口实现上位 PC 机和下位机 PLC 的控制通讯该，系统具有良好的人机 交互界面，实时显示机床当前状态，实时控制机床故障展现等功能。。 该教学维修系统功能完善，能够模拟实现 60 多个常见故障，同时控制系统界 面友好直观，操作维护方便。通过调试运行，达到了预期的效果。该系统已经在 重庆市工业学校的实际教学工作中得到了应用。 关键词：数控车床，故障，维修，教学，培训 I ABSTRACT The maintenance and repairing technology of CNC machine are the important guarantees for the enterprise’s production. However, as the modern equipments are not only expensive, but also they need the strict requirements of repairing technology and the huge difficult management. Therefore, it brought great difficulty to the maintenance staff’s training.
