Abstract
The destroy of environment,limitation of resource,high cost of building and the sustainable
development of building drop people’s attention to realize green building is a meaningful
career,we should advocate and develop it.Green building is developed earlier abroad,the countries
which attach importance to it devoted a lot in researching its technique,so their technique are
more mature and have established more effective green building assessment system.Besides,these
countries tried hard to popularize it and have achieved a great in it.However,the development of
green building is in an early stage inland,so we can use the more mature ones for reference.The
technique has been improved and many policies concerned have been draw by government,but
the speed of develop is still slow.There are many researches in green building technique and its
assessment standard at home and abroad,but the research about its economic is very few which
restrict the development.Firstly,whether the cost of green building can be took back by building
providers,secondly,whether the consumers know its benefits and can afford to it and have the
right to know it.
This thesis studies on economical reasons why green building develops slowly: It is
restricted by how to distribute the environmental resource value compensation, information
asymmetry and failing to compensate after the technique has been adopted. According to
interrelated economic analysis,popularizing green building can receive payoff by many
partners:apply consumer demand and consumer surplus to analyze green building supply and
demand,we can conclude that it is needed by market and can be a new investment;contract theor
